Negev is an Israeli consortium, dedicated to building enabling generic technologies that can fulfill the vision of Personal Content Services. Negev consists of seven best-of-breed companies in the Israeli industry: Comverse, Scopus Video Networks, Optibase, SintecMedia, Orca Interactive, Mobixell Networks and BitBand and senior researchers from top Israeli research institutes: Bar-Ilan University, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Technion, The Haifa University and Tel Aviv University.
